Roadside Assistance Plan!

A couple days ago, I asked my husband a question regarding emergencies. I asked him if I have a roadside assistance plan for my car. I was thinking what will happen when I’m out of gas or I have a flat tire in the middle of the freeway at winter time. It occurs in my mind many times. We don’t know what’s going to happen while driving in the road. It could happen to anybody. Luckily, he told me that we have this type of assistance in case it will happen to us. What a relief! Now, I don’t have to worry anymore. I think I’m in good hands as long as I have a phone with me all the time.

Wind Spinner!

Isn’t it nice to have a warm weather again? Well, I think spring season is just around the corner. Actually, I can’t wait for that to happen. I want to see the flowers blooms again. I can’t wait to make a nice garden in the back of our house. I’m planning to purchase some wind spinner to add beauty and color in our yard. I think it’s going to be pretty. Gees! I wish time will be fast. I’m so excited already.

I Miss E'm!

I was able to chat with my sister today. She brought her kids at the Internet café. I saw them in the webcam. I was really happy. It’s a nice feeling when they’re so excited to see me. I could see in their faces how happy they were when we were chatting. But, I cried! I feel like I want to go home to the Philippines. Unfortunately, I’m not able to do that this year. I need to save more money for the plane ticket and money to spend for my family. I wish I’ll win lotto so I could get a flight to the Philippines right away. Gees! What a bum! Now, I have to stop thinking about it or else I’m going to be depressed again. Sigh!

YoYoJam!

I still recall those days where my classmates and I were playing yoyos inside the school. We always make our teacher mad. I guess that’s the way kids love to do. LOL! We can’t stop it. A kid’s nature! We just enjoyed playing. One of my classmates had a lot of yoyo tricks that I can’t do. I would say he was very smart. He performs excellent yoyo tricks. It was cool. I don’t know where he learned it. I just can’t keep up with him. Now, I’m planning to purchase yoyojam online. I want to play this game again in my spare time. I would probably buy one for my hubby as well. Hopefully, we will enjoy playing this game.

Joe Rocket Ballistic Jacket!

A co-worker of mine was searching a jacket for her hubby. She told me that her husband likes to play tennis almost every day. He probably needs this Joe Rocket Ballistic Jacket since its cold outside. I’m not sure but I’m guessing it would be perfect for him. I’ll just have to recommend her about this site. Obviously, she would find a lot of designs custom made just for her hubby. I’d like to purchase one for my hubby but I don’t know if he is going to like it. He doesn’t have any sport. I think collecting guns is a hobby not a sport. LOL! Correct me if I’m wrong. I’m not too sure about it.

Fun Time!

I was having a great time today. We went to my friend’s house just to have some Filipino foods and karaoke. It was really fun. I’ve been very busy working these past few weeks. I need time to unwind with friends and my hubby. I don’t want to be stressful working six days a week. Hubby and I planned to have vacation outside the state. Hopefully, it will happen this summer. I can’t wait for that to happen. I’ve never been to the other state. I guess it’s about time to try a vacation in a nice and warm place. I still don’t know what state where going to. But, I have a couple of options in mind. I’ll just have to tell my hubby about my perspective. I don’t want to be too excited about this event. We’ll just see what’s going to happen. Wish me luck!

The Bachelor

So I have been off and on with following the show The Bachelor but just the other night I decided to add it to my wonderful Direct tv DVR collection. Why not, I thought to myself, it will only take up room if I never watch it I can delete it. So then I watch and low and behold I am one hundred percent sucked in to this show. I can’t believe it. I was so opposed to this show and everything that it stands for and now I am one of the ones sitting in rapt attention on my couch waiting for the Bachelor to chose who will get the final rose of the night. Will it be Amanda? Will it be Natalie? I don’t know but you are dang right I’m going to stay tuned to find out. There is something about this show that has women everywhere sucked in and I can’t quite put my finger on what it is. Maybe it is the whole handsome man with a fairy tale package deal thing. Or maybe it is all of the beautiful places they travel to that gets people watching. I, for one, am interested in all of those things.

~Free Online Dating~

One of my co-worker once asked me where I meet my husband. I'm not ashame to tell her the truth. I met him at one of the free online dating website. She almost got choke up from her own saliva laughing at me. Well, I don't want to lie and hide from it. What's the point to hide. I didn't do anything bad. In fact, I'm proud of it. It's a unique and rare relationship. And before we've met in person, we made sure we know each other very well. We talked and chatted almost everyday for 2 years. We exchanged gifts and greeting cards on mail every special events. We both knew all the activities we did every week. We don't hide our feelings from each other. That's probably the reason why we clicked. Our relationship could be unpredictable in the future but our respect and love for each other remains the same. ~Wink~ I know our marriage may not be the perfect one to those who stayed in marriage for a long time but we tried our best to be a perfect example for our future children.

~Missing My Family~

Tomorrow is going to be Christmas eve. Hubby and I would probably spend our Christmas at home. We might just watch some movies and cook some dinner. I still don't know what to cook though. I'm not sure if we just go out eat at Tokyo Buffet or stay at home. Frankly, I missed my family back home. This is not the kind of christmas we celebrate in the Philippines. It's kind of boring here. I'm not complaining but Christmas in the Philippines is really fun. I'm still lucky to have my husband with me celebrating papa Jesus birthday. In the Philippines, we cook a lot of foods eventhough we are not rich. A roasted pig(Lechon) is the hightlight of our Noche buena. We have to wait for 12 midnight before we eat our food. Of course, we can't start eating if the whole family is not present. It's one of the reason why I miss celebrating Christmas in the Philippines. We value family ties together. It's one of the most important thing we need for our family to be happy. I wish I could celebrate Christmas with them. Sad to say, I'm too far away from them. I wish I would win lotto so me and my hubby could celebrate Christmas with them. Sigh! Now, I wanted to cry. It means another year that I can't spend Christmas with my family.

Yoga Apparel!

I have been eating like crazy this past few weeks. Of course, it means I'm gaining so much weight as well. Gees! I just can't stop eating. I tried to lose weight but It's not easy at all. I keep on gaining extra pounds every week. Frankly, I'm already worried of my health. I consider myself an over weight women for my height. That's the reason why I created some lists to change for the New Year. I really need to shred at least 25 pounds of weight to become healthy. But, I have to start browsing for yoga apparel first before I hit the gym. I hope that I would succeed for this difficult weight lose journey. I know it's going to be hard but I'll keep on trying. Guys, wish me luck!
